Qui n’a jamais ressenti une énergie divine en contemplant un paysage rare et grandiose ? Comment ne pas se sentir tout petit face à la splendeur de la nature mais aussi tout puissant, ébloui par le rayonnement d’un coucher de soleil rouge flamboyant ? Lequel d’entre nous, n’a pas plongé dans les profondeurs de son être face à l’immensité de la Terre? Voyager à l‘intérieur de son « moi profond » lors d’un voyage physique extérieur à notre lieu de vie habituel.

Sans avion, sans train, sans voiture est-il possible de voyager autrement ? Serait-il possible, par exemple, d’explorer les « voyages intérieurs immobiles », seul avec sa conscience, bien planqué à son domicile ?

En ces temps de confinement où beaucoup d’entre nous se sont retrouvés cloîtrés dans des pièces de 15 m2, parfois moins je pense notamment à grand nombre d’étudiants comment ne pas s’inspirer de René Barjavel écrivant : « Le seul voyage qui compte est celui qu’on fait sans bouger, à l’intérieur de soi même. »

Comment permettre à son esprit de s’envoler, le corps pourtant prisonnier d’entre quatre murs ? Lorsque la pression de nos vies se fait trop dense, la seule porte de sortie réelle serait-elle donc d’abattre les cloisons de son âme ? Il est des supports pour nous extraire de nous-même en développant notre imagination.

François Mauriac le savait bien lorsqu’il proclamait « La lecture est une porte ouverte sur un monde enchanté ». Oui, les livres transportent notre esprit, nous offrent de nouvelles rencontres, d’autres perspectives. Le cinéma, ou les fictions aident aussi à l’évasion. En définitive, l’art sous toutes ses formes y contribue. La musique, les arts graphiques sont créateurs de bien-être et distribuent un voyage puisé dans l’émotion de l’artiste.

Cependant, si nous tentions de voyager sans artifices extérieurs ? Simplement par la force de notre esprit?

Je vous invite à essayer. Il suffit de se détendre, de faire le silence autour de soi et alors, pleinement éveillés, nous offrons à notre corps le luxe de s’envoler à bord un voyage spectaculaire. En route vers l’éphémère un réel créé par notre subconscient visitons l’intérieur de notre âme. Certains d’entre vous, embarqueront dans différents navires portant chacun leur nom : la prière, une sortie du corps, la psychanalyse, le chamanisme, l’hypnose ou je ne sais quoi d’autre… Mais tous conduisent à des destinations uniques.

Cette sensation superbe que nous éprouvons où il nous semble survoler la réalité des choses et recréer une réalité toute nouvelle, singulière, étonnante, impalpable mais bien réelle. Ce temps que nous nous offrons serait-il d’ailleurs l’un des derniers bastions de notre être qui ne s’achète pas ? Ne se monnaye pas ?

Un voyage intérieur, c’est apprendre à voyager à bord de son esprit pour se sentir libre et vivant, prendre confiance, visiter des parties de sa propre personnalité que l’on ignorait ou que l’on souhaitait fuir. Puis se réconcilier avec ses propres paysages, ses décisions futures, profiter des instants présents et faire une paix durable avec un passé qui parfois nous semblait insurmontable. S’ouvrir au monde visible et invisible. Faire d’un ailleurs, un chez soi. Faire d’un être rêvé l’amour de sa vie. Se créer un univers que nulle autre âme ne pourra jamais atteindre.

Voyager dans son for intérieur, c’est prendre le risque de déstabiliser son âme pour mieux redonner à son corps l’équilibre parfait. Je vous souhaite des voyages intérieurs avides de sens et de réels, de folies et de vie. Je vous souhaite des rêves éveillés qui vous transportent, des délires imaginaires pourtant plantés dans notre réalité, je vous souhaite des voyages surréalistes et fous, fait d’émotions sans limites, des heures à la saveur des secondes, et surtout je vous souhaite de faire tomber les parois de tous les possibles.

Heureux qui comme Ulysse a fait un beau voyage intérieur dans les profondeurs de son être en s’évadant à bord du vaisseau de son esprit.
